Dining on the Swine

Here's a snapshot of the dishes I've been throwing together since being gifted my 203 pounds of pork.

Pasta Bake with Ground Pork




Jambalaya with Ham Steak

Crumbled sausage with caramelized onions and fennel over grits


There has also been pork chops, pulled pork made from a boston butt and spare ribs.  
We are living High on the Hog!
