Let's play "Guess that Menu"...

Update: So Monday came and went and I never told you the names of the dishes below that I prepared for the magazine article I was working on.  In photo number one, herb roasted cornish game hens and warm frisee salad with poached egg and lardons.  Photo number two, rum spiked caramelized banana crepes, and finally in photo number three black eye pea crostini.  Recipes will be in the April issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, which will hit newsstands in mid- March.  Bon Appetit!

Last week I finished up a magazine article that included recipes for the three dishes featured below. I find that I pretty much take pictures of all of my food now, however this particular magazine was considering using my shots.  Sadly because of a simple technical error on my part the photos won't be used so I decided to post them here and see if you could guess the three dishes.  Silly I know, but sort of fun too. I will revel the names of the dishes on Monday, but as for the recipes you'll just have to wait for that magazine article.  While you are all scratching your head over my photographic brilliance I will be in one of my favorite places in the world...New York City, attending a conference and hobnobbing with food writing friends old and new.
