I'm all over the place

"Diversifying is the name of the game." That was something I learned at a Food Writers conference I attended back in September, it would be great if we could all make a good or even modest living doing nothing but writing about Food but the reality is the business has changed and in addition to writing for print publications, I also teach, assist other food professionals with their work, and blog.  Blogging is writing, but, its writing in its most relaxed and fun form a real opportunity to express who you are.  There is something like 152 million blogs on the web right now and more popping up every day.  So in an effort to continue "diversifying" and also to connect more with my local food scene I will be blogging monthly over at Eating in South Jersey, one of the most well known and well loved New Jersey food blogs out there.  I'll be covering the Cape May County area and occasionally points beyond.  Be sure to check out my first post here... and check back regularly to see what's good in my hood over at Eating in South Jersey.
